Job Description

JDM is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst / Business Manager to support our green building consultancy. The position will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• Financial projections, budgets, and reports
• Analysis of consultants’ utilization, billable hours, etc.
• Office management, including ordering supplies
• Assistance with marketing and proposals

Required Qualifications

• MBA (or current MBA candidate), or Bachelors plus 1-3 years of work experience
• Proven skill with financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting, preferably for a consulting firm
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail
• Solid computer skills, including experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as financial and accounting programs
• Strong interpersonal skills appropriate for work with corporate clients
• Willingness to step in and help with administrative tasks as needed
• Commitment to JDM’s mission of improving sustainability in the real estate industry

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability, green building, energy management, and real estate
