In this white paper, the nonprofit Leonardo Academy looks at the overall costs of implementing LEED-Existing Buildings as well as what types of costs are associated with the different criteria.

The report includes a breakdown of different costs associated with each level of certification, including staff time, labor, consulting and fees, as well as a look at every LEED-EB criteria and what percentage of respondents labeled each one as low or no cost.
